*121*9# and call,if request accepts you would get the number as 9198********. And this code works , means the sim is of Airtel
1*# and call,if request accepts you would get the number as 9198********. And this code works , means the sim is of Reliance Smart
*888# and call,if request accepts you would get the number as 9198********. And this code works , means the sim is of Aircel
24365 and call,if request accepts you would get the number as 9198********. And this code works , means the sim is of BSNL
Hence try with codes

*888#
24365
and get the mobile no from one of the codes
If none of the code works then use the final weapon and
try *222#
